Partnership Growth

We've had many discussions about the role and reach of Common Waters, as well as about future direction and capacity needs. We can use this forum space to share ideas and examples.

Check out the Proud Partner brochure, which is full of ideas for how partners can promote the partnership without losing their own identity.

Partnership Meeting Notes - January 2014

MAIN DISCUSSION TOPICS:
William Penn Foundation initiative – Partners have submitted proposals pertaining to their "clusters" that are going before their Board on January 17. We should know soon after that what was approved. Most of the work planned for the Pocono-Kittatinny Cluster (PKC) overlaps closely with the partnership's work, so expect a lot of activity and updates over the next few months as the PKC work gets going. Pinchot proposed support for a cluster coordinator who would serve as the main point of contact and liaison between the cluster and partnership.

App due COB on Dec. 6. If accepted, we must finalize our team composition and register by Dec. 18.

Accepted to workshop

Our team has been accepted to the workshop and has received a travel scholarship to cover costs!

Travel costs

TCF has some funding to help cover travel/lodging costs, but it depends on the needs of the teams they ultimately accept and likely won't cover all costs.
