Inspection, Reporting and Payment

• Once the bridge is built or purchased, recipients will submit a bridge completion/payment request form, along with all receipts, to document costs to their local CWF coordinator office. Variances from the estimated cost or design specifications should be explained on the form. • A local CWF representative will then meet with the recipient to verify that the bridge has been constructed according to the specifications indicated in the contract. • If bridge meets the specifications, the CWF coordinator will sign off on the bridge completion/payment request form and submit it to Pinchot Institute for reimbursement. • Recipients must allow representatives of the Common Waters Fund to conduct field inspections of the bridge in use through September 2012.

• A local CWF coordinator may contact you occasionally after project completion to follow up on your experiences with the bridge.
